Russ has served in some facet of ministry for over 30 years. This includes time spent as a full-time youth minister, an interim minister, a supply preacher, a church camp director, a church camp board president, a benevolence ministry chairman, a Sunday school teacher, a worship leader, a deacon, an elder, and an executive minister/director for a church planting ministry. He has served as the Preaching Minister for Bradford Church for the last 11 years. He will tell you unequivocally that serving the Lord and His church family at Bradford has been the joy of his life.

Russ has a B.S. degree in History from the University of Rio Grande and a M.Th. degree in Applied Theology from Kentucky Christian University. 

Russ is from Gallipolis, Ohio and resides there with his lovely bride and ministry partner Anita. They are blessed with three children; Tiata, Noah, and Jonah. 

Though never a minister in the formal sense, Shane has a passion and desire to serve and teach our Youth.  He has for the past 20+ years served as a media tech and youth leader in some capacity.  He is enthusiastic, and just a big kid himself at heart.  He is also a deacon here at Bradford.

Shane has a Bachelors  degree in Computer Science from  Marshall University and a Master's Degree. degree in Information Technology from AIU.  Shane served over 10 years in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller.  He was also a project manager for Toyota and General Mills for several years each.  Shane runs a combination of a ministry and business called "Solid Rock Studios" where he helps several churches in our area use media to spread the Gospel specifically in the areas of video, photography, and graphic design.  

Shane is from Point Pleasant, WV and has been married to his amazing wife Deb for 34 year and has 4 children; Corey, Travis, Isaiah, and McKenzie and 3 fur babies/doggos; Freya, Suki, and Abby.
